By accessing or using Muhit AI ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By using Muhit AI, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's consent.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish on Muhit AI. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to publish content that:

  • Is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent.
  • Infringes any intellectual property rights of a third party.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
  • Contains unsolicited advertising or spam.
  • Violates the privacy of others.

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, without notice or liability, at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

The Muhit AI name, logo, design, and all Platform code are the exclusive property of Muhit AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

6. Advertising

The Platform displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you may be shown targeted ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhit AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Muhit AI operates.
